I am a sole practitioner, specialising in conveyancing. I have been practicing for my own account for ten years, and have more than twenty years conveyancing (transfers and mortgage bonds) experience in addition to a sound academic base.

- For our joint convenience clients may sign documents in the comfort of their own homes or offices, during or after office hours;
- No VAT is payable on my fees as my comparatively small practice is currently not registered for VAT;
- I am assisted by Vivien Davies who has several years conveyancing experience, however clients still have access to me personally both with regard to signing their documents as well as questions and problems relating to their transaction;
- My practice is technologically advanced in that we use GhostConvey conveyancing software, electronic deeds office enquiries and SARS efiling to facilitate and expedite transactions;
- I provide the personal touch and regularly update all parties concerned by email and telephone on the progress of transactions.
